Emalee began at 14 News as a News Intern in January 2024 and was later hired as a Producer/Digital Content Producer in October 2024.
She is completing her Bachelors degree in English at the University of Southern Indiana.
Before working at 14 News, Jones worked for USI as a student photographer, USI's student publication "The Shield" as Managing Editor and other leadership positions, and an Editor for the literary magazine "FishHook."
She was also the Editing Director and Photographer for the magazine "Unmasking USI."
While working for The Shield, Jones received multiple awards from the Indiana Collegiate Press Association and from The Shield's Editor-in-Chief.
When she is not at work, Jones enjoys writing, reading, video games and tabletop games.
