Riverfront restaurant returning to Mt. Carmel

MT. CARMEL, Ill. (WFIE) - A riverfront restaurant will soon return to Mount Carmel.
The former Twin Rivers restaurant on Hydraulic Avenue is going to become River’s Edge Bar & Grill.
Owners say they are starting work now and hope to be open by late summer or early fall.
They say it will be a place to grab food and drinks and occasionally hear local bands, all with the Wabash River in the background.
Owners say a menu will be posted closer to opening.
They are the same owners as The Towne House in Lawrenceville.
