HPD: Man arrested after making false reports of crimes to police
HENDERSON, Ky. (WFIE) - Henderson Police Department officials say they arrested a man on Tuesday after he made dozens of calls over the past few months to dispatch about false incidents.
According to a police report, Timothy Casebier made calls during the months of January, February and March to report his house being broken into, physical assaults, harassment and being shot with a BB gun.
The allegations were made against two specific people.
While investigating the complaints, officers determined they were false allegations.
Officials say based on the information gathered during these police calls, officers requested an arrest warrant for harassing communications and false reporting an incident to law enforcement.
Casebier was arrested and booked into the Henderson County Detention Center.
He faces the following charges:

- False Reporting an Incident to Law Enforcement
