Crash partially closes Wendell Ford Expressway in Daviess Co.

OWENSBORO, Ky. (WFIE) - First responders are issuing a traffic alert for drivers just outside of Owensboro.
Around 9 a.m., the Daviess County Sheriff’s Office says they were called to a single vehicle crash involving an overturned semi on the Wendell Ford Expressway.
Deputies say it happened over the Reid Road intersection and has caused one lane westbound to be blocked.
Fortunately, no one was hurt in the crash. DCSO asks drivers to avoid the area.
