Construction starting this week on Highway 45 in White County

WHITE CO., Ill. (WFIE) - Heads up, drivers!
The Illinois Department of Transportation has announced some construction coming up in White County.
Traffic officials say on Friday, crews will begin replacing a culvert on U.S. 45.
According to a press release, the highway will be closed in both directions three miles north of Norris City.
Officials say a detour will be in place and is expected to be taken down by 6 a.m. Monday, December 16.
