HENDERSON, Ky. (WFIE) - Crews working on the I-69 Ohio River Crossing are planning to start a lane restriction on Highway 41 on or after March 31.

The restriction at the 2nd Street overpass bridge is expected to begin after the morning rush hour.

Officials expect the work to continue through late April.

During the closure, crews will complete pavement work on the approach to the US 41 overpass bridge.

Officials also say daily lane closures are also expected on northbound and southbound US 41 between KY 425 and US 60.

The single-lane closures are expected to be in place over the next several weeks.

Crews are installing noise walls, panel signs, lighting and guardrails.

They’re also doing asphalt paving, final grading, and seeding.
