(CNN) - A judge in Florida has denied Burger King’s motion to dismiss a 2022 lawsuit.

Nineteen people have sued the fast food chain, claiming it misled customers by falsely advertising its Whopper and other menu items.

The group argues that Burger King advertised their burgers as 35 percent larger with more meat than the actual burger size.

According to the lawsuit, the customers want money earned from the alleged false advertising and for the company to correct the deceptive behavior.

Burger King has denied the customers’ claims.
